Fiorello Ristorante Italiano is located at 4938 George Washington Memorial Hwy, inside White Marsh, in Hayes. We are a fine Italian restaurant that offers our guests a taste of truly authentic Italian dishes.

The restaurant is co-owned by Giacomo (Jack) Bertuglia, Ricardo Bacelar, and Marcelo Bacelar. Ricardo and Marcelo are responsible for everything in the kitchen, and Giacomo Bertuglia is responsible for the guests. We offer a magnificent selection of appetizers, salads, pasta, chicken, veal, eggplant, risotto, seafood, and other specials.

All of our dishes are made to order, which means that you can expect to have a dish where the ingredients are prepared and made on-site after you place your order.

Ricardo Bacelar

Ricardo Bacelar, who was born in Brazil, has lived in Virginia for 17 years. He graduated from Alma, the international school of Italian Culinary, and opened his first restaurant in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. In 2001, he moved to New York, where he worked for an exclusive Italian restaurant in Manhattan before moving to Virginia in 2005. With his 25 years of experience, Ricardo is passionate about creating the finest quality authentic Italian dishes. He has owned various restaurants in Virginia, including Pelican Cove in Mathews and Fiorello in Newport News.

Giacomo Bertuglia

Giacomo Bertuglia, who was born in Italy, moved to Virginia in 2005. Prior to that, he owned restaurants in the Long Island area of New York. He was a co-owner with Ricardo at Pelican Cove and Fiorello.
